The job is to sell our Discounting Schemes to all businesses. You must be able to negotiate a Discount with the businesses and negotiate a payment for our Directory Service.

| Who can apply & what positions are available? |
|
|
| |
ilmPages is a company that believes in providing people with opportunities, hence we are always recruiting the following:
- Trainees - no sales experience at all
- Junior Sales - people with less than a years experience in selling
- Sales Executive - people with more than a years experience in selling
- Business Development Consultants - very experienced sales people who are pro-active.
- Sales Managers - think you can manage a team of 10? Earn over £4000 per month!
There are 3 positions available to choose from:
- Full Time - Base Wage* + Commission.
- Full Time - Super High Commission or Commission Only.
- Part Time - Commission Only.
* Base Wage is in the form of a Basic Commission paid every month regardless of whether you close any deals. |

| What Agent Schemes are available? |

Currently there are 3 Agent Schemes available to choose from:
- Basic Wage + Commission - Ideal for the more prudent sale person & Trainees. Full Time position only.
- Commission Only - High commission payout per sale; you can earn up to £500 per sale! Part Time Only.
- Super High Commission Only - Extremely high commission payout per sale; you can earn up to £1000 per sale! Full Time Only.
The average Sales Agent will earn according to their position. Listed below are average earning per month for full time agents who close an average number of deals per month:
- Trainees - average of £1325
- Sales Executive - average of £1550
- Business Development Consultants - Average of £2000

Currently you will be selling the following Discounting Schemes:
- Pay As You Go Agreements - Client only pays ilmPages after we send the client Qualified Business Leads. Easy to sell because the Client only pays a one-off small all-inclusive Admin Fee to be on ilmPages. And the best part is that it comes with a Money Back Guarantee, so it is a killer of a deal to sell!
- Conditional Free Trial Agreements - Very easy to sell because it is FREE for the Client to be on ilmPages.com. Basically, we prove to the Client that we can find business for them by sending them an agreed number of Qualified Business Leads, upon which the Client agrees to come on a Yearly Contract with ilmPages. The Client loses nothing but gains Free Customers & Free Promotion during the trial period.
- Yearly Promotional Contracts - The Clients offer is promoted for 1 year. Harder to sell but you could earn up to £1000 commission per sale (depends on which Agent scheme you join). Ideal for more experienced sales people or highly motivated people.
If you join us as a Trainee, you would only be required to sell the Pay-As-You-Go Discounting Scheme because this is very easy to sell as it comes with a Money Back Guarantee. After you gain confidence, you can start selling Conditional Free Trials. Once you get promoted to Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to sell everything, including Yearly Promotional Contracts. |

| How much can I earn as a full time agent on a base commission scheme? |
|
|
| |
As a Trainee, the average you could earn for completeing 9 Sales per month is £1325. Now we know 9 sales per month is a low sales target for a Pay-As-You-Go Scheme that comes with a money back guarantee! So the better you get at this job, the more you will earn; and remember, there is no Capping, so earn as much as you can.
As a Sales Executive, if you were to close 7 Sales per month, you would be earning an average of £1550. Now again, we know 7 sales per month is a low sales target, so imagine if you were to exert yourself, how much you could be earning!!
The next stage up is a Business Development Consultant - this is primarily a Field Sales Position which comes with a Company Car (Audi or BMW) & the latest Flybook Ultra-portable - all whistling, worlds smallest laptop. Top Sales People need Top Spec - need we say more!!
Now if you were to become our Sales Manager, leading a team of 10 sales people, and each sales person closed 1 deal a week, we would pay you in commission £4000 per month! So imagine if your sales people performed, how much you could be earning.

Sales Agents are independant, Self Employed people, working from their own home / small office. They are people who provide a sales service to find clients for ilmPages.com website. To be our Sales Agent you must meet the following conditions:
- You will need a quiet room in your home or access to a small office
- You must have a Telephone Line to make and receive calls.
- You will require a PC with Internet Access (dial up is ok, but Broadband is preferrable)
- You will be primarily a Telesales Person, but can also choose to be a Fields Sales Agent or mix and match both roles.
- You will be responsible for your own Tax declarations - we will pay you Gross Amounts, without deducting any taxes!
